mr. dosunmu has a bachelor degree in political science (1983) and master degree in personnel management (1985) from university of lagos.

he is a fellow, chartered institute of personnel management of nigeria (cipm), also a member of  both the institute of directors (iod) and the nigerian institute of management (nim).

with about 24years work experience in human resources management and administration mr. dosunmu has served in management and senior management capacity with various multinational organizations. these include afprint nigeria plc, inlaks group nigeria, seven up bottling company plc and nigerian bottling company plc.

he joined ndl in january 2004 as human resources director and was appointed as executive director of lexcelpack in may 2006. since appointment, he has brought about a turn around in the fortunes of the company.      

mr. sreedhanran  graduated with diploma in electrical engineering in india. he worked for a period of 3 years with vip industries ltd as officer, plant engineering india. he left to join dgp windsor, india as senior service engineer, the position he held for almost 9 years before coming to nigeria.

in 1997 he joined poly products nigeria ltd where he worked as chief engineer till 2000. he joined hassan plastics nigeria as chief engineer where he worked for 1 year before joining saipet industries nigeria as plant manager between 2001 and 2006. in 2006, he left saipet industries nigeria for lexcelpack as production manager; his current position.

mr. kayode alabi is the accountant of lexcelpack .he is a graduate of demography and social statistics of obafemi awolowo university ile ife .in addition he holds a masters in business admistration (mba) 1998.  mr. alabi qualified as chartered accountant (aca) in 2005.

he worked as assistant personnel and accounts manager with progressive cort�ge hospital, lagos in 1992. he also worked briefly with universal bureau service in ibadan also in the same year before joining nigeria distilleries limited in december 1992 as management trainee. he worked in various capacities in the finance division. his last assignment with ndl was budget and costing accountant before he was deployed to lexcelpack as its accountant in 2005. the position he holds till date.

mr. jolaoso graduated from federal polytechnic ilaro in 1996 with high national diploma in accountancy. he worked briefly with shongai packaging industries limited, ota before joining lexcelpack as accountant in 1999. mr. jolaoso was later transferred to personnel department as personnel manager., the position he currently occupies.

mrs adeniran graduated from edo state university in 1996 with bsc. chemistry. prior to lexcelpack, she worked with abosede laboratories plc as assistant quality control officer between 1997 and 1999. she also worked briefly with samfad industries nigeria limited as production /quality control manager. she joined lexcelpack in 2004 as chemical analyst. the position she currently holds.

mr. ola ojebode graduated from federal polytechnic ilaro where he obtained national diploma in marketing. his vast experience includes sales officer with trufoods packaging nigeria limited from 1992 to 1996 and decross limited as marketing officer. he joined lexcelpack as marketing officer in 2003. mr. ojebode has a track record of sales achievement since joining lexcelpack.
